Transit Damage Policy
All packages are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your order details and five different pictures of the damaged product.
Sometimes due to mishandling of the consignment at the various level, an item can be damaged, Despite our care, if a canoer receives any item in a damaged condition, we request him, Within 24 hours, damaged items in five different pictures clearly show that this is a loss.
After assessing the damage we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or refund the cost of the item.
